Current status
Pawsoft is not yet taking orders or payments. There is therefore nothing purchased through this website to return at present.
How to start a return when sales open
Contact us with your order number, the item and whether it is a change of mind or a problem with the item. We will confirm the next steps and the correct return address. Our registered office is the company address; please do not send parcels there without return instructions.
When online sales open
For most goods bought online, you will be able to tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, then have another 14 days to send them back. We will refund the goods and the basic outward delivery charge within the legal time limit, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence you sent them back. If you choose a more expensive delivery option, the difference is not normally refundable.
Please contact us for the return instructions and the return address. Where you simply change your mind, you may have to pay the direct return cost if we told you this before ordering. Any legal exceptions, including certain genuinely personalised items, will be clearly identified before purchase.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights are separate from change-of-mind cancellation. Contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described; we will explain the appropriate refund, repair or replacement and arrange the return where required. Nothing on this page limits your legal rights.
